Ehud has been with the firm since 2001, during which time he has achieved an exceptional level of proficiency in the field of IP litigation. Ehud has wide-ranging experience in handling major litigation cases pertaining to trademarks, copyright, patents, industrial designs, plant breeders’ rights and trade secrets. In addition, Ehud has led copyright litigation pertaining to public performances and the use of copyrighted music.

Throughout his professional career, Ehud has acquired substantial expertise in the enforcement of trademarks and copyrights before the Israeli Customs Authority, including the confiscation and destruction of imported counterfeit goods.

Ehud is also a mediator, and conducts mediation processes in cases concerning intellectual property, leveraging his vast experience in litigation, prosecution and advising in all fields of IP.

Ehud serves as the chairperson of the education team at MARQUES (European Trademark Association), where he is responsible for the association’s educational projects, as well as the cooperation with international bodies, such as WIPO. He is also a member of the Israeli chapter of AIPPI, INTA & ALAI.

Ehud lectures periodically at training courses for customs workers at the Israeli Customs Authority, at the Hebrew University Department of Asian (China) Studies, and occasionally also at business development and computer science courses at Holon Institute of Technology.
